What is saved

A test email address, the selected language, the signup date and the accepted notice version. This information is saved only to verify that the waitlist works. Only example.test, example.com, example.org and example.net addresses are accepted.

Who can access it

The site owner can inspect test entries through the protected Cloudflare account. There is no public subscriber list. No email is sent and no newsletter subscription is activated.

Technical protection

To limit repeated submissions, the site temporarily stores request counters associated with an IP-derived digest that changes every ten minutes. The form does not store the original IP address. Expired counters are removed during subsequent requests.

Before activating the real waitlist

Test entries must be deleted. The data controller’s details, a real privacy contact, the retention period and the notice for collecting real addresses must be finalised before the public waitlist is activated. This preview does not authorise that activation.
